The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has charged a male with impaired driving. Police conducted a traffic stop on Bartlett Drive in Labrador City around 2:50 a.m. Sunday. Placentia RCMP stop suspended driver, impaired operation and uttering threats charges laid
