Shortly after 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday the RNC responded to a fight in the west end of St. John’s.

Responding officers located the victim who has been assaulted. A short time later the accused was located and taken into custody.

The 36 year old female was charged with assault, uttering threats, unlawfully in a dwelling, and several breaches of court orders.

The accused was held to appear in court.
