The Progressive Conservatives held their annual general meeting in Gander this weekend. Party leader Tony Wakeham laid out his plans for the next provincial election by promising to review all fees and taxes introduced by the current Liberal government with the slogan, “Better Starts Now.” NTV’s Colleen Lewis reports.
