Prince of Wales Collegiate holds appreciation event following traumatic attack

It’s been a difficult couple of weeks for everyone affected by the violent attack outside of Prince of Wales collegiate. Today, the school took time to celebrate the kindness and support it has been receiving.

Youngest of four teens charged in connection with PWC attack denied bail

The youngest of the four teens charged in connection with an attack on a Prince of Wales Collegiate student earlier this month has been denied bail.

The 14 year-old will stay in custody, while a 16-year was granted bail with strict conditions. The decision was rendered today by Judge David Orr. 

Bail hearings underway for teenagers suspected in brutal attack against PWC student

The teenagers suspected in the brutal attack on a Prince of Wales Collegiate student over a week ago were back before a judge in St. John’s today.

As dozens of teenagers stood in the hallways of provincial court, only one bail hearing got underway.

Fourth teenager arrested for attempted murder following attack outside St. John’s high school

The RNC have confirmed a fourth teenager has been arrested, following last weeks violent attack at Prince of Wales Collegiate.

Police have charged a 14-year-old boy with a number of charges, including attempted murder, aggravated assault with a weapon and disguise with intent.

This brings the total number of teenagers charged in the violent incident so far to four. On Tuesday, a 16-year-old boy was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

He joins a 15-year-old boy charged last Friday, and 18-year-old Tyler Greening who was charged on Monday.
