The RNC is searching for missing person, Lucas Penny of St. John’s.
The 15-year-old is described as being 5’11” tall, and 130 lbs, with curly dark hair. He was last seen Saturday in the Cowan Heights area and is believed to be wearing a black jacket and ripped jeans.
Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Penny is asked to contact the RNC at 709-729-8000.
