Professor creating series of documentaries on history of hockey cards
Last night a case of unopened hockey cards from 1980 sold for $5 million dollars at auction. A university professor in Ontario, originally from St. John’s is creating a series of documentaries about the legendary Canadian company that produced those cards and others, for decades. Hockey results 2024 NL Winter Games
Morning Results – February 25 Thomas McCarthy led Team Avalon with two goals as they defeated Team Central 7-1 in the first hockey game of the Games. Team St. John’s North dominated in their first game defeating Team Western 10-0 at the Steele Community Centre.
