The remnants of Tropical Storm Debby will swing through Newfoundland and Labrador this weekend. This will increase humidity across the board, and areas of rain to much of the Island and southern Labrador Saturday. Some of the rain will be heavy, particularly on the West Coast and Northern Peninsula, where Rainfall Warnings are currently in effect.
