Police have charged an inmate afater an altercation at Her Majestyā€™s Penitentiary.
On Nov. 19, correctional officers reported that a fight had occurred and an inmate sustained injuries that required medical treatment.
As a result of the RNC investigation, 38-year-old Philip Pynn has been charged with assault and choking.
Pynn remains in custody and appeared in court today.
