At 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday evening, the RNC responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision near Elizabeth Avenue and Torbay Road. Prior to police arrival, one driver had fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing and charges are anticipated. There were no injuries.
