There will be a temporary disruption to outpatient blood collection services on the Island portion of the province due to downtime required to upgrade the provincial laboratory software system and its hardware.
Outpatient blood collection in Eastern–Urban, Eastern–Rural and Western Zones, along with the Island portion of the Labrador-Grenfell Zone, will be unavailable today.
Labrador will not be impacted and services will continue normally there.
