State of Emergency ends in Conception Bay South, allowing businesses to reopen
The town of Conception Bay South lifted its state of emergency Wednesday as water returned to adequate levels. Businesses were allowed to reopen after more than 24 hours. NTV’s Bailey Howard reports.
