St. John’s municipal election runs into delivery issues with mail ballots in Goulds
The election for St. John’s City Council will take place next week, on October 2nd. But now, as NTV’s Beth Penney tells us, there has been a delivery issue with some vote-by-mail kits for residents in the Goulds.
