Rogues lose to Tide at Mary Brown’s Centre
The Newfoundland Rogues lost 112-106 to the Tri-City Tide Saturday night at the Mary Brown’s Centre.
The result moves the Tide to 11-1 in The Basketball League Atlantic Division standings. The Rogues drop to 7-6.
The game was close through the first half. The Rogues held an advantage at halftime, but the Tide moved ahead in the third quarter and kept the lead for the remainder of the game.
Dedric Boyd led the Rogues with 29 points. CJ Jamison had 30 points and eight rebounds for the Tide, while Jordan Robinson added 28 points and 16 rebounds.
The two teams are scheduled to meet again this afternoon at the Mary Brown’s Centre.
