Major development proposed for former Bally Haly Golf course in St. John’s
It’s being called one of the biggest land developments of our time. The former Bally Haly Golf Course in the east end of St. John’s boasts 120 acres, and now its future is part of a proposal tabled this week at St. John’s City Hall. NTV’s Jodi Cooke reports.
