Heartbreaking scenes as residents return home to assess wildfire damage in Conception Bay North
There were heartbreaking scenes in Conception Bay North Friday as all remaining evacuation orders were officially lifted. For the first time in weeks, residents were allowed to return to their communities to take in the scope of the wildfire damage. NTV’s Bailey Howard reports.
