City of St. John’s will not declare state of emergency as snow cleanup continues
Another major snowfall on the Avalon yesterday made for another day of cleanup, and caused widespread closures, cancellations and delays.
It also caused a lot of concern for residents, many calling for a state of emergency. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill has been following the story and joins us live with the details.
