On Friday evening the RNC attended a residence in Mount Pearl to check for an individual known to be unlawfully at large.

The 50-year-old male was located inside the home. The man refused to exit the home for the police. As a result, officers obtained judicial authorization to enter the home to arrest the man.

The man was arrested without incident and was held to appear in court this morning.
