A low-moving area of low pressure will bring rain to the Island tonight and Wednesday, while Labrador will see rain in the east and south and rain changing to snow in the north and west. The snow in some areas will be significant between later Wednesday and Thursday morning. Meanwhile, rainfall amounts over southern Newfoundland and eastern Labrador will total 30+ mm in some areas.
