Red Cross registration line set up for Badger evacuees

The Canadian Red Cross has set up a phone line for people evacuated due to flooding in Badger.

Evacuees can call 1-800-863-6582 and leave a voicemail with their contact information. The Red Cross will call back daily between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Residents who need a place to stay or other support can go to the reception centre at the Badger Community Centre, 19 Maple Street.

The Provincial Emergency Operations Centre is at Level 2 and continues to monitor the situation.
