Arrest warrant issued for James Perry
Bonavista RCMP is looking to arrest 38-year-old James Henry Perry.
Perry is wanted in relation to two break and enters in the community of Bonavista, and the previously reported flight from police in Upper Amherst Cove that resulted in an officer being struck by a motor vehicle early Tuesday morning.
He now faces 10 Criminal Code charges, including:
- Break and Enter to a Business – two counts
- Possession of Break in Instrument
- Flight from police – three counts
- Assault on police with weapon
- Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
- Failure to comply with a Probation Order – two counts
