Justice Minister Bernard Davis responded today after murder charges were stayed against Kurt Churchill because the court ruled it took too long to have his case heard.

Davis was asked if staffing levels are sufficient in the Crown Prosecutor’s office.  He says the department evaluates staffing regularly.
