Fuel prices fall in overnight adjustment

The cost of most fuels is down in the latest fuel price adjustment from the Public Utilities Board.

Gas is down 4.5 cents per litre and diesel is down 3.3 cents per litre.

The cost of furnace oil heating fuel has decreased by 3.28 cents. Stove oil on the Island is down 3.11 cents and down 2.75 cents in western Labrador.

Propane is up slightly by 0.4 cents.

The Board’s next regularly scheduled price adjustment is on Thursday, February 15.
