Five candidates are running for the upcoming Ward 3 by-election in St. John’s.

The candidates are Scott Fitzgerald, Walter Harding, Mark House, Paul Morgan, and Greg Noseworthy.

Election day is on Tuesday, November 5.

For the by-election, the City will use a vote-by-mail system. Voter kits will be delivered in the mail beginning Friday, October 18.
