The federal and provincial governments will announce the implementation of the national action plan to end gender-based violence today.
Lisa Hepfner, Parliamentary Secretary for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, along with Pam Parsons, Minister Responsible for Women and Gender Equality, will make an announcement at 9:30 a.m. this morning.
The event gets underway in Conception Bay South at Manuels River.
