A Supreme Court judge has granted an injunction restraining protesters from blocking access to Confederation Building.

The provincial government applied for the injunction after protesting fish harvesters blocked the entrances to the Confederation Building complex on Wednesday, preventing the finance minister from delivering the provincial budget.

The case will be back in court tomorrow as the judge wants to hear from the protesters.
