Muskrat Falls critic calls end of Liberty Group consultancy a big loss
The Liberty Group has given notice that it’s ending its consulting work for the Public Utilities Board. Ron Penney of the Muskrat Falls Concerned Citizens Coalition is calling it a big loss. NTV’s Bailey Howard reports.
