Arbitrator rules against FFAW for last year’s crab protest
An arbitrator has ruled the FFAW breached the collective agreement during last year’s tie-up by harvesters in protest of crab prices. Damages are owed to the Association of Seafood Producers, which will be determined at another arbitration.
