The St. John’s Players are heading back to the stage for the first time in three years, with a timely production based on a true world war one story. It’s called, “The Comedy Company” and it centres around a group of soldiers who were plucked from the trenches, and ordered to write and perform lighthearted entertainment for their fellow men. ”The Comedy Company” runs from Nov. 8-11 at the Barbara Barrett Theatre, and tickets are available at the St. John’s Arts and Culture Centre box office.
