On Monday afternoon the RNC responded to a residence in the Mount Pearl area for a report of a disturbance in progress.

Police arrested and charged a youth with assault, mischief, and uttering threats to cause bodily harm as a result of the investigation.

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court in the morning.
