On Sunday afternoon, officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to a business in Mount Pearl to a report of a theft in progress.
Officers arrested a 41-year-old female on an outstanding arrest warrant.
The accused was additionally charged with theft and was held to appear in court this morning.
