Around 9:30 p.m. Monday night, the RNC responded to a call of a disturbance at a residence in the west end of St. John’s.

A female homeowner and her adult son had just been assaulted by her tenant.

Officers arrested the 42-year-old female for assault and uttering threats.

The accused was transported to the lockup to attend court in the morning.
