A high-pressure system locks it’s hold over the province as a whole on Tuesday, providing clear skies and a high ceiling for above average daytime high.


That, with a southwest and west wind fuel highs from the low to high twenties, while the humidex will likely have the feels-like temperatures roughly three degrees higher than the achieved base temperatures.
The wind gusts on average from 20-40 km/h with some extra speed picked up on the west side of the Northern Peninsula, bringing those coastal communities to a more limited high.
With the clear skies and prolonged sun, the UV index province-wide is expected to increase over the next 48-hours, meaning, sunscreen is your friend!
