Rain spends most time on Newfoundland’s south coast Wednesday, cloud more wide-spread
Wednesday brings a beautiful start for all in Newfoundland. Clouds do increase pretty well island-wide into the afternoon and that cloud allows for the entrance of the next rain fall.
The majority of Wednesday rain will fall along the south coast, starting mid afternoon. In total, the south coast is look at a range of 15-30 mm.
A few rogue quick showers break through to Central later into the early evening, with a better chance of seeing some light showers hang around the west coast in an on and off manner accumulating 5-10 mm through Wednesday night.
The wind looks to arrive ahead of the rain, moving in the same pattern and bringing a southeast wind that ranges from gusts of 30-65 km/h.

Like Newfoundland, Labrador spends some time under the sun before clouds and rain move across the Big Land.
For coastal Labrador, sun and warmth is the sentiment of the day, with the rain waiting until late evening for arrival.
The rain looks to start late morning in Labrador City, moving into Churchill Falls by mid-afternoon.
Light rain starts in Happy Valley-Goose Bay on the back end of the afternoon, strengthening into the evening and taking the night to reach the coastline.
Totals for Labrador Wednesday range from 10-20 mm.
