The Loop opens for the season
The Loop at Bannerman Park is open for the season. The outdoor ice-skating trail opened for the 2025-26 season on Tuesday, and will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., weather depending.
The city says The Loop offers a chance for families, young adults, seniors, community and service groups to all skate together for free. To check if The Loop is open, visit the City of St. John’s website or call the loop line at 733-loop.
