The RCMP has confirmed Shayne Noggasak has been arrested. An arrest warrant was issued recently for 32-year-old Shayne Noggasak, who was actively evading police. Noggasak was wanted by Nain RCMP in relation to charges of failure to comply with conditions and resisting arrest.
