Premier Andrew Furey announced changes to the executive of the Provincial Government. Furey appointed Jason Higgins as Deputy Minister of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation and Deputy Minister of Labrador Affairs. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary took two vehicles off the roads on Wednesday. The driver of one vehicle had no licence expired registration and no insurance, they also owed $1100 in fines.
