Man charged with assault at Her Majesty’s Penitentiary

At 2:06 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, the RNC responded to Her Majesty’s Penitentiary to a report of an assault. Responding officers arrested and charged a 39-year-old male with assault on a peace officer. The male will appear in court today to answer to the charge.
