The Town of Portugal Cove – St. Philip’s will be holding its annual winter carnival from February 9 through February 17.

There will be several events during the weeklong celebration including outdoor events, events for seniors, family events and favourites such as a community breakfast, a bingo, a community skate, a movie night, and dances.

Registration opens for residents on Friday, February 2 at 9:00 a.m.
