Prime Minister Mark Carney was in St. John’s today to announce $80 million in tariff relief for small businesses in Atlantic Canada. Afterward, he met with Premier John Hogan to discuss major energy projects that are a priority for the federal government. NTV’s Bailey Howard reports.
