Furey asks Trudeau to pause carbon tax hike as Poilievre begins N.L. tour
Premier Andrew Furey has written to Prime Minister Justin Trudeay, asking that he pause the scheduled increase to the carbon tax April 1. Federal Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre is sharing a similar message as he begins another tour of Newfoundland.
