Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the vehicle involved in a hit and run collision in Bishops Falls on June 1. Sometime between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, a vehicle struck a cyclist on Main Street in Bishops Falls. The vehicle departed after the collision occurred and did not stop to assist the cyclist, who suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle is described as a dark-coloured hatchback sedan. Anyone with information or dashcam video which may be of assistance is asked to contact the Grand Falls-Winsor RCMP at 709-489-2121.
