On Thursday afternoon RNC officers responded to a business in Paradise regarding a complaint of possible impaired driving.

Responding officers believed that the 52-year-old female driver was impaired by alcohol. The driver refused to provide breath samples.

As a result, her vehicle was impounded and she was released to appear in Provincial Court at a later date on charges of impaired operation and refusal.
