Suspicious person call leads to indecent act arrest in downtown St. John’s
RNC officers were called to George Street around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday to a report of a suspicious person in progress. Officers spoke to the complainant who indicated that a male had committed an indecent act and stole items from a local store.
Officers located the 28-year-old male who was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act, theft, uttering threats and breach of probation. He was held for court.
