Salvation Army kettles not as full as in past years
With just over a week to go before Christmas, the Salvation Army is putting on the final push to raise money in its annual kettle campaign. But as NTV’s Don Bradshaw reports, the kettles in stores and shopping malls are not as full as they used to be.
