RNC in Labrador City arrest impaired driver
The RNC has charged a man with impaired driving related offences in Labrador City.
Police received a report of a possible impaired driver around 8 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect vehicle was subsequently located and a traffic stop conducted.
The 42-year-old male driver was arrested for impaired driving. He was also charged with refusing to provide a breath sample, resisting arrest, and uttering threats. The driver had his vehicle impounded and licence suspended. He was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court.
