Quebec premier pushes to finalize Churchill Falls deal in St. John’s meeting with Hogan
Quebec Premier François Legault was back in St. John’s today, meeting with Premier John Hogan to talk Churchill Falls. Legault reiterated his desire to finalize a new deal — and with a fall election looming, voters in Newfoundland and Labrador will soon decide who represents them at the negotiating table.
