Province expands coverage for cleft lip and palate care
The provincial government is expanding coverage for children with a cleft lip and/or palate in response to concerns raised by families across the province.
Government will now cover the initial assessment fee, increase the maximum amount covered per treatment, and provide funding for up to five treatments.
