PC government abandons P3s for twinning Trans-Canada Highway
The new PC government announced Thursday its continuing with a project to twin two sections of the Trans-Canada Highway, but it’s backing away from the Public-Private Partnership (P3) model used by the past Liberal government. NTV’s Bailey Howard reports.
