Norris Point, Rocky Harbour residents frustrated after 30+ hours without power
Residents of Norris Point and Rocky Harbour have been without power for more than 30 hours after an unplanned outage caused by a bird strike early Monday morning.
As NTV’s Beth Penney reports, area residents are experiencing a sense of déjà vu as the outage drags on, with frustration continuing to mount.
