Man charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
RNC patrol officers responded to a complaint of a disturbance in the downtown area of St. John’s around 10:00 p.m. Saturday night. As a result of the investigation, a 24-year-old male was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
The male was brought to the St. John’s City lockup to be held for court in the morning
